Sunday Thoughts

"The struggle is part of the story."

I love that quote so much. I feel that in the times of my life that I'm going through a rough patch, I forget that simple truth. It's true for everyone though. Each struggle in life has always brought me something good. Each struggle has brought me closer to knowing who I am, and I have always liked that. Every time I have gone through something tough, I know that the Lord has brought me through it, and I also know that there is a reason that I am  being put through certain things. I forget that way too often. The Lord knows me, and he also knows what I need to go through to learn certain things. He knows what I need to see happen to grow, or realize something that has been right in front of my face. I know that in the end, no matter what, with God I can make it through everything and anything that life throws my way. It's a really comforting thought.
